I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although well-designed with comfortable chairs, were a bit disappointing due to the air conditioning issue and outdated facilities. On the bright side, the service was exceptional and truly focused on meeting all my needs. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center, but the dining experience left much to be desired with slow service and chaotic breakfast. Facilities were adequate, but there were some issues that affected the overall stay.
